PAYMENT METHODS: CHECK,VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER , payable in US funds. Credit card payments will be charged at the time the order is processed for shipping.
CANCELED ORDER: If after you place your order you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly do so only if the order has not been shipped. Special orders shipments can not be canceled if raw material has already been manufactured.
REFUSED SHIPMENT: Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee for all refused shipments. This covers the cost to receive and inspect all returned items.
ORDER MISTAKES BY US: Call us immediately with a description of the issue and we will make arrangements for pick up and then ship a replacement item.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging . To return merchandise, you must first contact us for a Authorization, and we will provide a return shipping address. All refunds will be issued less the actual shipping charges. In addition all returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
SALES TAX INFORMATION: If required by law, New Method Packaging will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. If you are TAX-EXEMPT, send us your form for us to keep on file.
WARRANTY: New Method Packaging warrants all products against defects in material or workmanship. Any defects must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt. We will not be responsible for any consequential damages including any claim of lost profit.
